The new Luna 42 fire bowl!

The undulations of its form are oval and more substantive than our Hemi fire bowl series.  With a larger and more substantial base to the bowl, the Luna spans 42 inches (or 1050 mm) making it ideal for a party of 6 or 8 to gather round.  Additionally, its elegant form can accommodate an optional all metal table and drinks ring.  The Luna’s heat and flame are adjustable with a significant output of 31 kW or 108,000 btus. This is available in either manual or adjustable electronic ignition.

Available in twelve colours with natural gas or propane fuel options.  Accessories available are metal table and drinks ring (as featured in the images).  Crafted by hand and certified in Canada for CSA/ANSI and CE.

Colours

Solus’ High Performance Concrete colours range from neutral and understated tones such as Halva and Nori to more bright and fun colours such as Pistachio and Rosé. These proprietary high performance concrete colours are applied to the concrete at the time of manufacture and become part of the concrete, making them durable in all weather conditions.

We know that colour is an integral part of your home decor, that’s why the Luna fire bowl comes in 12 stylish colours to compliment any interior room decor or exterior setting. This is a greater range of colours than you’ll find from any other company!

The Luna is 42 inches (1067mm) across and 17 (432mm) inches high.

Product details

Our natural gas fire pits are certified as ‘Outdoor Decorative Gas Appliances’ to Canadian CSA 2.41-2014 and American ANSI Z21.97-2014 standards. We also have full CE certification as EN 509:2000 – Decorative Fuel Effects Gas Appliances and EN 60335-1:2001 Household and Similar Electrical Appliances. Each of our fire pits comes with a warranty on workmanship and performance Warranties are extended with the purchase and use of one of our All-Weather covers.

Each burner is assembled and tested in our facility from non-corrosive brass, stainless steel, aluminum and thermoplast components.

Propane fire pits are certified to ANSI standards. All propane burners are assembled in the USA from brass components and are individually tested to meet specific certification requirements.

Ethanol burners have been designed specifically for Solus, are constructed from 3 layers of stainless steel, and meet the highest quality standards.

Each of our fire pits are handcast from high performance, fibre-reinforced concrete which has been tested to ASTM standards.

All concrete pieces are sealed with a penetrating sealer to minimise weathering. Table surfaces are treated with an extra protective coating to protect from prolonged exposure to food and drink spills.

Ordering, Shipping & Lead Times

Our concrete products normally ship from Vancouver in 4-6 weeks within North America, but if you buy one of our most popular product, colour and size combinations, you can get quick shipping on request. You can select this option at checkout.

Quick Ship 7-10 days: Concrete products of size 26 and 36 in cinder, halva, linen, portland and shiitake, in quantities less than 3, can be purchased and will ship from Vancouver within 3-7 days. Size 48 is normally not available for quick ship, but some individual items and colour combinations are. Contact us to confirm availability.

Regular shipping times: Shipping times for gifts: 7-10 days within North America.
Replacement parts normally ship  in 3-7 days within North America.
Concrete products (firepits, water features, concrete accessories, surrounds and tiles) ship in 4-6 weeks unless they are quick ship eligible.
