Introducing the Tavolo Fire Table

Our newest fire table is called the Tavolo referencing our love of all things Italian.  The genesis for this table comes from our designers and clients who wished for a fire pit with a larger table surface.  Over time we have developed many table top options for our round and square fire pits but this one is just a little bit different.

The Tavolo is pretty big.  It is 68″ long ( 1723 mm ) x 34″ wide ( 864mm ) x 20.25″ tall ( 514 mm ) and a significant piece of furniture and fire. It will suit any rectilinear setting.  With its smooth polished extended table surface at one end and the fire tray off set at the other end, this is fire table lends itself to both form and function.

The area directly surrounding the fire has a slightly bevelled edge which draws your focus to the flame.  The table areas surrounding the fire remain cool to the touch, making it a delightful table which attracts a crowd.

Colours

The Tavolo is available in twelve different colours. Our newest fire table puts out 108,000 as a fully certified appliance. Available with either adjustable electronic or manual ignitions.

Solus’ High Performance Concrete colours range from neutral and understated tones such as Halva and Nori to more bright and fun colours such as Pistachio and Rosé. These proprietary high performance concrete colours are applied to the concrete at the time of manufacture and become part of the concrete, making them durable in all weather conditions.

Product details

Our natural gas fire pits are certified as ‘Outdoor Decorative Gas Appliances’ to Canadian CSA 2.41-2014 and American ANSI Z21.97-2014 standards. We also have full CE certification as EN 509:2000 – Decorative Fuel Effects Gas Appliances and EN 60335-1:2001 Household and Similar Electrical Appliances. Each of our fire pits comes with a warranty on workmanship and performance Warranties are extended with the purchase and use of one of our All-Weather covers.

Each burner is assembled and tested in our facility from non-corrosive brass, stainless steel, aluminum and thermoplast components.

Propane fire pits are certified to ANSI standards. All propane burners are assembled in the USA from brass components and are individually tested to meet specific certification requirements.

Ethanol burners have been designed specifically for Solus, are constructed from 3 layers of stainless steel, and meet the highest quality standards.

Each of our fire pits are handcast from high performance, fibre-reinforced concrete which has been tested to ASTM standards.

All concrete pieces are sealed with a penetrating sealer to minimise weathering. Table surfaces are treated with an extra protective coating to protect from prolonged exposure to food and drink spills.

Ordering, Shipping & Lead Times

Our concrete products normally ship from Vancouver in 4-6 weeks within North America, but if you buy one of our most popular product, colour and size combinations, you can get quick shipping on request. You can select this option at checkout.

Quick Ship 7-10 days: Concrete products of size 26 and 36 in cinder, halva, linen, portland and shiitake, in quantities less than 3, can be purchased and will ship from Vancouver within 3-7 days. Size 48 is normally not available for quick ship, but some individual items and colour combinations are. Contact us to confirm availability.

Regular shipping times: Shipping times for gifts: 7-10 days within North America.
Replacement parts normally ship  in 3-7 days within North America.
Concrete products (firepits, water features, concrete accessories, surrounds and tiles) ship in 4-6 weeks unless they are quick ship eligible.
